Our new Sock Yarn is almost here…
Something very exciting happened last week, the new yarn arrived, well some of it and we wanted to share it with you all first. UK Alpaca’s first sock yarn. A worsted 3ply yarn, 75% superfine alpaca and 25% nylon. The perfect mix for a luxury sock. We have some solid colours being dyed as I type and a couple of hand-dyed colours coming very soon!
Sea Stripe Scarf
This stunning shawl was designed by Heather Firby, using our Suri 4-ply and Superfine alpaca 4-ply. Inspired by the sea, the stripes give the shawl a beautiful texture. By combining the two yarns you achieve great drape and softness, you won’t want to take it off.
Colour Wave Cowl
Another stunning creation by Heather Firby but crochet this time. Made with our baby alpaca and silk 4-ply this cowl is crocheted in the round meaning no seams just some ends to weave in.
