Description
The Superfine range of yarns has a gorgeous soft handle with good loft that knits up beautifully. The yarns are 75% British superfine alpaca blended with 25% wool and mostly manufactured in the UK. The alpaca in our yarns is sourced from our own herd and from alpaca farms based in the UK & Ireland.
This is a proven blend that offers increased resistance to shedding and pilling and adds loft and substance to the yarn.

Sarah Watts –
One of the most beautiful yarns I’ve ever used… a joy to knit and so SO soft to wear… can’t recommend enough!
Chas Brooke –
Thank you Sarah, glad you approve and it is all form British alpacas and made here as well!
Samantha Boom-Martin –
I purchased these off of another vendor’s website. They are AMAZING. So soft and warm, and so smooth to crochet. This will be the main yarn I use from now on!
Chas Brooke –
Thanks Samantha. Your next box of goodies is on its way!
Maggie Gibbs –
I’ve been using this gorgeous yarn for my creations for a few years now. An absolute joy to crochet or knit with and so scrummy x
Monica Russel –
As a designer I use many Yarns but this is my favourite DK. The colours mix and match brilliantly and the completed project is lovely to wear.
Monica Russel –
The perfect yarn in every way. Brilliant for colourwork. The colours blend and contrast to enable one to have a variety of colour choices. I love designing using this as the end result is a piece of clothing that feels lovely next to the skin. The yarn is machine washable on a wool wash which is a bonus. I highly recommend the yarn for a luxurious wool at a reasonable price.
