This week is about the hats—something to keep the noggin warm in the colder autumnal days ahead. The perfect kit to knit up in time for Bonfire night next week. Why not be stylish and cosy?

Bobble Bliss

Sasha Kagan created this simple rib design. A style that will never go out of fashion. Just two balls of yarn can make an adult large, this also has the sizing for a kid’s hat too. The whole family could match.

Warm as Toast

This cosy number was designed by Monica Russell, originally using DK doubled-up. We have adapted it for our chunky range. This pattern features a tight cable style and ribbed turned-up brim. You definitely won’t feel a chill with this hat.

Zig Zag Hat

This vibrant hat was made by Heather Firby using just two balls of Superfine DK. Knitted in the round, there is not much to sew or weave in at the end. I love the gradual fade from the solid colour to the hand-dyed shade.

Christmas Mystery Kits

If, like me, you are always on the lookout for Christmas presents, we have something that might fit the bill for your woolly friends and relatives.

Our Christmas Mystery Tins come in knitting or crochet versions and in double knitting, 4-Ply or chunky as well. They contain a pattern for a winter accessory, enough of our UK Alpaca luxury yarn for the pattern, a project bag and several festive goodies. We are sure they will make a great present.
