I’m not a very competent knitter but with the help of a you-tube video to get me started, I am knitting a cowl in the raspberry/strawberry shade following one of your patterns. (Wish I’d realised it is available as one of your knitting tins so I would have a lovely tin too!)
I find that sheep’s wool makes my skin itch but Alpaca or silk yarns do not.
I am so in love with this alpaca/silk yarn. It is just so soft (and surprisingly strong) that the yarn feels lovely while I’m knitting without any of that prickly feeling you get from knitting wool and feels just wonderful against your neck.
I will most definitely be buying more and never knit with sheep’s wool again!
