Postage and packaging charges are based on the total value of your order.
If you are ordering by post or email please add the appropriate charge to your order. If you are ordering online then the P&P charges will be calculated for you and added when you check out.
Prices are either 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Parcel Post including insurance and packaging. For worldwide prices please contact our sales department.
All in stock products are despatched within 48 hrs Monday to Friday. If the product is out of stock we will contact you to advise of earliest delivery date. Orders received after 4 pm will be processed next working day.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please return the goods to us (unused and in their original packaging) within 10 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund, stating your reason for return. Please note: all postage and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit.
